1. I can’t add items to my shopping cart, or my account, how do I handle this?

If you are having problems with our website please contact customer service at 1-844-542-8022 so they can help to place your order.

2. Do you ship internationally?

We will ship to some foreign locations if the order is successfully placed by phone with approval. Such locations generally include Canada Europe and Japan and a few other locations. However because such shipments often involve the peculiarities of the various tariffs trade and import/export laws around the globe we may not be able to ship some orders overseas due to the cost of researching the laws for that location. Also if possible it is always easier for us to ship to a US-based shipping address and you will always save on shipping costs if you can arrange for a US-based address to receive the shipment. At this time due to advice from our bank concerning trends in fraud we reserve all rights to deny or proceed with orders shipping internationally.

3. How can I tell if an item is in stock?

DallasHondaGear.com keeps a large inventory in stock. In some cases an item can be backordered with American Honda. If an item is backordered with Honda we will notify you of the backorder.

4. How long does it take to receive my order?

Standard FedEx shipping takes about a 5-7 Business days (Weekend days do not count) to get to you depending on how far you are from our office in Texas. You can reduce this time by paying for faster shipping such as 3-Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air. Please also allow 24-48 hours for processing of the order.

5. When does Free Shipping apply?

Free shipping will apply to any orders over $150.

6. My credit card was rejected by your online ordering system but I know my credit card or check is valid and has enough money to cover this order. Why won't your system accept my credit card?

Most credit card rejections are because of a address verification. Please verify that the bill to address is correct for where you receive your credit card statement.

7. What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal.

8. I am nervous about whether or not my order will arrive in time. Who do I call or email to get a time estimate on my order?

10. Can we pick up our products at your location in order to avoid shipping charges?

Yes! Orders can be picked up at our location.

11. Do you charge sales tax in the state of Texas?

Yes. Any purchases shipped to state of Texas or picked up at are location in Dallas TX will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

12. If we place a large order, can we get better prices?
