Orders and Returns

Here at DallasHondaGear.com, Customer Satisfaction is the #1 priority. If any item you ordered does not meet your expectations, let us know, and we will do everything in our power to correctly address the issue.
When items are shipped, all packaging must be in new condition, and cannot be returned used, worn, or altered in any way. Product requests for a return/exchange must be done within 14 days from the date the products were shipped. All returns will be subject to a 13% restocking fee. All original shipping costs incurred from the original orders are non-refundable, and the original customer must pay return shipping to us. Please email info@dallashondagear.com with further questions or inquiries. Once an order has been placed into the “processing” stage, it can no longer be canceled. Once the status of your order changes from processing to shipped, the products have left DallasHondaGear.com facility, and is in route to your shipping location. Some tracking numbers and other information may not be available until a few days after the order is processed/shipped. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed after it leaves our facility. If you make an order that you wish to cancel afterwards, you need to mail the order back to us after you have received it. In this case, the processing ad shipping costs will not be refunded and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay return shipping costs. Shipping fees or costs associated with international shipping, duties, taxes or brokerage fees are non-refundable. Items, which have been used or installed, will not be accepted for refund. Returns must include all tags, packaging and be shipped in a sturdy shipping box.
